Welcome to my experience dealing with Farmers Auto InsuranceThis is an on going report on my dealing with Farmers Auto Insurance. My custom conversion van which was parked in front of my house on the street was hit by my neighbor's long and big mobile home. The right front side was damaged with about $2000 repair cost. Here is what happen in my dealing with Farmers Auto Insurance claim. 9/30/2003 I have to give credit to Mr. Paul Cryar. Yesterday he told me he will get back to me today after 10:30 am. I got a call from 2 individuals between 11 and 12 and have make arrangement to meet the actual adjuster (the 3rd individual who call me today) tomorrow at 10am at the body shop. 9/29/2003 I have 2 estimates from 2 different body shops that I have done business with before. So far I have been unable to even get anyone from Farmers Insurance to make an appointment to look at my van. I'll be out of the country for about one month next week. I decide to put this web site up and see if anyone will return my call. Farmers Claim 800 number 1 - 800 435 7764. This help desk is very efficient. They left me messages on my cell phone and at home within hours of receiving the claim information from their local representative. I have call them 5 to 6 times and can get through immediately except once on a Monday morning (have to wait for about 5 minutes). After 3 days of unable to contact D'Ambra Ritchie I call the 800 number and the person was able to get hold of her in one minute and my claim was assigned to another person.
